If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong photo, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund. Every order is handmade to order, so please allow 2-3 business days for us to craft and photograph your piece before it ships. Once shipped, delivery takes 4-7 business days within India and 9-15 business days for international orders. You’ll receive a WhatsApp video of your finished piece plus a tracking link as soon as it leaves our workshop.
