1. Custom Orders & Personalization

  • All our jewelry is custom-made with your provided photos, making each piece unique and non-refundable.
  • Ensure that the image uploaded is high quality for the best projection results.
  • Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase.

2. Processing & Shipping

  • Custom orders take 1-2 working days to create.
  • Delivery time varies based on location:
    • Domestic Orders: 4-7 business days
    • International Orders: 7-15 business days
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs).

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • Refunds are only applicable for:
    • Defective or damaged products upon arrival (must be reported within 48 hours).
    • Orders lost in transit (after verification).

4. Order Acceptance & Returns

  • Once an order is shipped, it must be accepted upon delivery.
  • If an order is refused or returned, we may repurpose the product for marketing purposes as it cannot be reshipped.

5. Payment & Pricing
